Why I offer both
I've spent 20+ years working with individuals and couples as a therapist. That background shapes how I coach — but coaching itself is not therapy, isn't a substitute for it, and won't replace care from a licensed mental health provider if that's what you need. If it becomes clear during coaching that therapy would serve you better, I'll tell you directly and point you toward the right kind of support. Not sure? That's normal — ask me — let's chat.
