Collaborating with professional women with high anxiety to find relief from a harsh inner-critic while cultivating the best life. You absolutely can feel less stressed, more confident, and with less effort. Bring on the joy!

Together we work on issues such as:
life transitions
intimacy and relationship concerns
grief and loss
conscious separation/divorce
anxiety and panic
negative self-talk
mood
isolation / loneliness
feeling stuck
and anything causing upset or distress

Imagine easy access to a good night's sleep! I can help you quiet the constant chatter of anxiety inside your mind.  I help people become more comfortable with the unknown; more comfortable in their own skin; more fully alive. Our work will focus on the here-and-now of your lived experience--bringing your concerns to life in the therapy session allowing for deep learning and lasting transformation.

Brief therapy focusing on solutions to specific issues is often helpful. And, you may prefer a more in-depth approach working toward greater self-understanding; living life more fully; and, experiencing more joy.

I am active in the local counseling community and stay current in the field. I served as President of the Oregon Mental Health Counselor's Association and was a founding board member of Exisitential-Humanistic NorthWest professional organization and continue as affiliate. I am a member of the Compassionate Mind Foundation. I'm constantly striving to learn and to increase my capacity to be helpful.
