Self-in-Relation ...an ongoing, process group
|
|
Self-in-Relation. An on-going process group for people who want to become more intimate
in their relationships at home; more authentic at work; and, less isolated in general.
In a process group the participants
learn about their ways of being by consciously observing their relationships with the other group members and through the
feedback they receive. Group therapy is quick and powerfully deep work.
Group therapy is an excellent adjunct
to individual counseling because there is intrinsically a different dynamic at play in a group than in a one-to-one relationship.
I have extensive training and experience in facilitating groups. Please call 503-750-7436 for more information
or to become a member of Self-in-Relation.
A women's group is currently forming, please call for more information.
